I’m Sorry is a performative film installation that captures the feeling of being in between—between movement and stillness, between connection and distance. It’s as if time and space have slipped out of sync, creating a sense of being stuck in another dimension.
Projected onto black fabric, the filmed performance blurs the line between presence and absence. At the center is Rebecca, performing a slow-motion choreography in real time, her movements stretching and distorting our sense of time.
Beneath the projection, a sculpted floor forms an uneven, shifting landscape, reflecting how our perception of reality is never fixed. Its textured surface catches the light, creating a space that feels both tangible and dreamlike.
The film unfolds in an abstract, dreamlike world where reality and an in-between space merge seamlessly, drawing us into a state of suspension—somewhere between here and elsewhere.
