Buy My Darlings & Artist Coaching

Since 2020, I have co-directed Buy My Darlings, a recurring platform and annual two-day art event, founded together with photographer Martijn van de Griendt. Each edition is personally curated and brings together emerging and established artists, publishers and audiences, with photography as a starting point and an increasing focus on work that moves beyond the photographic image.

The next edition, Buy My Darlings – photography & BEYOND, takes place on 10 & 11 October 2026 at NDSM Fuse in Amsterdam.

Artist Coaching

Sharing knowledge and supporting fellow artists is an important part of my practice. Since 2019, I have coached art students preparing their graduation projects, as well as independent artists developing photographic, film, book and multidisciplinary projects.

I offer individual coaching focused on getting to the core of a project: developing its content, making choices, editing work and finding the form that best supports the idea. Sessions take place in my studio in Amsterdam or online.

Session duration: 1–1.5 hours
